PAYMENTS

MISSIONS

We work with ACS and BOXNOW for all our shipments. Every order is shipped free of charge throughout Greece. If you have selected BOX NOW as your shipping method, you will need to pick up your order from the locker of your choice.

Delivery schedule:

Within Attica: Delivery on the next working day

Other land destinations: Delivery in 2 business days

Island destinations: Delivery in 2 working days

Hard-to-reach areas: Delivery in 2-3 business days

  • RETURNS

    Procedure:
  • Make sure that 14 calendar days have not passed since the day you received the product.
  • Place the product for return in the packaging in which you received it, along with the proof of purchase (if the order was a gift, the exchange card should also be included in the package).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We accept requests for refunds or product exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt by the buyer. The date of receipt is recorded in the courier service's records.
  • TOUCHED store assumes all return and reshipment costs for the first order for each customer. For additional returns, the customer is responsible for all costs to and from the store.
  • The return package must include the proof of purchase and the original packaging.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition without damage.
  • The refund will be made within 10 working days from the moment we receive it, in the same way in which the order was made.
  • In the event that any of the above is received, or the products are damaged, our store reserves the right to not accept the return.
  • Returning products for a refund does not apply in the case of a gift.
  • Products can be exchanged for products of equal or greater value. Partial refunds are not available.
