PROCESS & STEPS
The process is very simple - all you have to do is follow the steps below!
STEP 1
Get your set
By clicking on this link, you get the two (th)eros rings! Once the order is complete, we'll start the process of creating your custom set together!
Important: You don't need to know your sizes in advance to complete the order!
Once it's complete and you've secured your spot on the waitlist, you'll receive 2 free ring sizers with detailed instructions, so you can easily and correctly find your sizes!
STEP 2
You receive the ring sizers for free
Once you complete your order, we will contact you via email to send you two free ring sizers - one for you and one for your best friend!
And the best part?
You don't need to return the sizers; you get to keep them forever so you can use them for your future TOUCHED orders!
STEP 3
Send us your ring sizes and the engraving you'd like on the rings
Once you find your sizes, you contact us and send us:
- The two sizes in which the rings will be made.
- The word you want engraved inside your rings
From that moment, the custom creation of your rings begins!
STEP 4
We design custom rings!
The production process takes approximately 15 business days.
Each set is created especially for you and your friend and the rings are engraved according to your request.
That's why every piece is truly unique.
STEP 5
Receive your rings!
Once the design and production are complete, we ship your rings to your door via ACS or BOX NOW.
Additionally, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can know the status of your order at all times!
Note: Shipments of ring sizers and jewelry are fully included in the initial purchase cost. There are no additional charges!
